Our Coaches train teams of adult climbers on a weekly basis all over London, with different teams catering to all levels of ability. Whether you’re new to climbing and want to learn the basics of technique, or an experienced climber wanting to break through a plateau, whichever team you join gives you access to weekly 2 hour training sessions with your coach, as well as personalised session plans to support your development, Team uniforms, monthly socials, discounts on private coaching and discounts with our partner brands!

Here at Catalyst, we train three levels of Junior Teams:
These teams are for climbers aged 6 - 10 years old! With an emphasis on fun to cultivate long-term enjoyment and development in climbing, team members will receive weekly 90 minute coaching sessions. These sessions include a team warm-up, movement drills, guidance on how to tackle challenging climbs, and lots of climbing-focused games. Team members also receive Team Uniforms!
£108 per 4 weeks
These teams are for 10 - 18 year old climbers of novice to intermediate ability, with a strong motivation to learn and improve their climbing performance. Team members receive weekly 2 hour coaching sessions, in which they will be lead through a team warm up, learn and refine their technical climbing skills, develop a powerful growth-mindset for tackling harder climbs and competitions, and build strength and fitness through functional strength training!
Team members also received personalised session plans to work through outside of their weekly coaching time, as well as Team Uniforms!
£144 per 4 weeks
These teams are for 10 - 18 year old climbers who have or show potential for an advanced level of climbing performance. Team members receive weekly 3 hour coaching sessions, in which they will learn and refine their technical climbing skills, challenge themselves with competition simulations, and build strength and fitness through functional strength training.
Team members also received personalised session plans to work through outside of their weekly coaching time, as well as Team Uniforms!
