The Masters Team consists of 12 psyched climbers aged 35 and over. Under the guidance of Lead Coach Ransford Agyare-Kwabi, the Masters Team trains together at VauxWall East every Sunday from 10:00 - 12:00. With an aim to get older climbers psyched on climbing and training hard whilst avoiding injury (plus attending the occasional competitions together!) Ingrid also provides each member of the team with a personalised training plan containing guided on-the-wall session plans, strength & conditioning workouts and stretching routines.
