Utilising the full range of Catalyst exercises developed by
Louis Parkinson, these plans are used to help our students improve their strength & fitness, technique and confidence.
To make best use of our training plans, we recommend that students consistently climb above the grade of V1, and that they have access to a bouldering wall a minimum of twice per week.
